I’m Jan Jenson, and I’m running for re-election to the
St. Anthony City Council.I’ve been honored to serve this community, as a City Council member for 16 years, and my goal is simple:
to continue being a “servant leader” for all residents of
St. Anthony.

Meet Jan
St. Anthony has been my home since 1982. My wife and I raised our three children here, and now I’m fortunate to spend time with our ten wonderful grandchildren.This community has given my family so much, and I want to keep giving back.

Our children Carolyn (1998), Eric (2000), and Scott (2001), are graduates of St. Anthony Village High School

Strengthened partnership with Falcon Heights, increasing police staffing and stability while reducing overtime and providing additional career growth opportunities.

Advanced green initiatives: solar projects at city facilities, reducing energy costs in the Public Works facility by up to 80%.
Expanded mental health services through NYFS, extending support to schools and the broader community.
Improved St. Anthony’s credit rating to AA+, lowering borrowing costs and saving taxpayers money.
Reducing energy costs at the Public Works Facility and Water Treatment Plant by installing solar panels, 90% of project cost was paid with grants.
